Support our growth
Elizabeth Mission of Dance (EMD), established in 2021, has grown steadily, with even more to come. Our program is built on four core philosophies: Grace Training, a Judgment-Free Learning Zone, a Safe Space, and a commitment to Outreach Opportunities. At EMD, Grace Training focuses on shaping students' character as much as their dance skills. We emphasize values like humility, patience, and strength, helping students grow not only as dancers but as people. EMD is a welcoming community where dancers of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds are celebrated, free from pressure or judgment. As we continue to expand, so do our outreach efforts. With a focus on building ourselves from the inside out—mentally, physically, and spiritually—we look forward to mission trips, local outreach, and nonprofit partnerships in the near future.
To support our mission, we invite you to donate or contribute by providing supplies through the registry linked below. Thank you for being part of our journey!

Grace Training is EMD’s original philosophy where we teach students to be impactful dancers through the works of their character rather than just their onstage performances. Instructors associated with EMD coach their students in grace, humility, patience, endurance, strength, and countless other core-values that refines their training even more.

EMD is the perfect place to grow as a dancer without having to worry about the pressure or judgement of others. We are a community that lifts each other up and respects your goals. Whether you are 6 or 66, all are welcome at EMD. Your size, age, experience, or background doesn’t matter. Each individual is treated as just as that and we are committed to find the perfect spot for you.

EMD strives to be a welcoming and nurturing home to anyone who needs one. We LOVE to LOVE on each other. No one should ever feel out of place!

As we grow, so do our outreach opportunities. EMD operates with an “inside-out” orientation— as we take care of and grow our physical, mental, and spiritual bodies, we can then go out into local/national outreach projects to share and help those in need. In the coming years, there will be mission trip opportunities, community outreach opportunities, and other non-profit collaborations.
“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”
— 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
There are several benefits that children can experience by enrolling in dance classes, including:
Physical fitness: Dance classes help children to stay active and improve their cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Creative expression: Dance provides children with a unique outlet for self-expression and creativity, allowing them to explore their emotions and develop their own artistic voice.
Social skills: Through dance classes, children learn to work collaboratively with others, developing their communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Confidence: As children learn new dance techniques and master new skills, they gain a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence that can carry over into other areas of their lives.
Cognitive development: Learning dance requires children to memorize choreography, count beats, and follow music, all of which can help to improve their cognitive abilities and concentration.
Cultural appreciation: Many dance styles have cultural roots and by learning these styles, children can develop a greater appreciation for different cultures and traditions.
Overall, enrolling in dance classes can provide children with a range of physical, emotional, and cognitive benefits that can positively impact their development and well-being.
